What is Online Rental Agreement?
Online Rental agreement is an Agreement between two parts an owner (Licensor) and Tenant (Licensee) to temporarily occupy and use of immovable property like Shop / Flat / Commercial Office for a period to carry out business or residential purpose.
Is it compulsory to register Online Rental Agreement?
Yes, as per Registration Act 1908, an agreement shall be in writing and shall be registered for letting or rented of any premises. The Online Rental Agreement of licence in writing shall be conclusive evidence of the fact stated therein.
Is leave and license exempted from rent control act?
The provisions relating to standard rent and permitted increases will not apply to any premises let or given on license in a building.
What are the rights of licensor and licensee?
A licensee only has the right to occupy and use the property as a mere licensee. A licensee cannot transfer his right over the property and also does not have exclusive possession of the property. The legal possession of the property is deemed to be that of the licensor
Do I need to go to registration office?

What if my owner is out of station and can’t able to come for bio-metric verification?
You can proceed with either co-owner or Power of attorney holder for bio-metric verification. If owner resides within India then it’s possible but of India not possible. Within Maharashtra we will send Executive for capturing bio-metric. Outside Maharashtra we will send the bio-metric device via courier and our technical Team will help the person over phone and assist remotely to capture bio-metric..
